My wife and I recently asked Mr. Joseph Boyles to work with us on estate planning and powers of attorney. He is very knowledgeable and experienced, and he asks the kind of questions that help you bridge the gap between what you think you want to do and the consequences of what you're actually doing. We highly recommend he and his staff, and we plan to use them as a resource in the future.

This law firm was quick about getting a will done for my husband who was diagnosed suddenly with cancer. When he was so sick that he could not go in to the law firm they met him out in the parking lot to sign the papers. I can't tell you how much the compassion that they showed us meant to us.

Joseph is knowledgeable and provided sensible advice. He is organized. He efficiently and quickly provided drafts then final documents (Last Will, Living Will, Power of Attorney). He is personable, easy to work with so I would recommend him.

We are very impressed with Boyles & Boyles. We had to update all our estate documents, and Joseph and his outstanding team performed their jobs masterfully. When it came time to sign the documents, Joseph took great care to ensure that we fully understood what we were signing. I have served 37 years in the Navy, and updating power of attorney and wills throughout the nation and via military legal services can be daunting. When my late wife died while on active duty in 2012 in the state of Tennessee, my military will and power of attorney were essentially useless in the states of California and Hawaii (some of the places where we were stationed), and I had to go through probate (again) in those states to settle issues. My past experiences were not worth any review, especially a Google review. So, when I take the time to write a review, please know that we value Boyles & Boyles as our estate planning attorneys. The most valuable thing you have in life is time it is very valuable and irreplaceable and I realized that when I was in prison. I appreciate Trey investing as much time as he did in my cases. I was 40 years state prison with state prosecutor requesting 36 months, without any mitigating circumstance/ downward departure Trey was able to get me 16 months state prison in front of Division E, Judge Jan Shackelford. Trey is a good person and I appreciate him caring. It means a lot caring for your clients well-being and freedom is important and you don’t see often people who are genuine like Trey.
