Me and my fiancé received a quote in December for a fee to be represented by Mr. Crawford. We called many lawyers in the area and his price was all we could afford so we decided on him. Fast forward a month we go up there to pay the money for his services and are told by the receptionist, Brittany that he won’t accept less than 7500 and there is no recollection of the phone call we made. We completely understand that things slip through the cracks but the attitude and manner they handled the situation was completely unprofessional. It was clear Brittany didn’t care about us or what was going on through her mannerisms and attitude. On top of it all she accused me of lying about the price we were quoted.I have never met a receptionist as confrontational or unprofessional as her. From the reviews online this looks like a great lawyer, from our personal experience it is not 👎🏻
