I am the type of person who always read the reviews before moving forward on any company or person I choose, so therefore when I read the reviews of Thomas J Ueberschaer before moving forward for a disability attorney for help with my daughters claim, I feel I made the correct choice. The woman, Dorian is a wonderful woman and a great help who truly cares about clients from day 1, and has been in constant contact with us and worked closely with us throughout the entire process that I truly feel like I had chosen the best law firm out there to represent my daughter. Yes, it takes a little while but we did not have to wait as long or deal with the hassle and run a round as we would have had to if my daughter did not have them by her side. I totally recommend this attorney and his entire office if you need help with anything related to your SSA claim or needing help with any other issues . I am thankful to the entire office staff for all their work and effort in helping us and their dedication to their clients and their needs. Thank you to everyone at this office.

If you need help with Social Security disability, these are the folks you need to see!. I tried it on my own and got nowhere. So I "called Tom" from the magnets and got results! Mr. Sventek was the attorney I was assigned to and he really knows his stuff. His assistant, Ms. Dorian has been sorting out all the medical issues for over 35 years and directed me through the whole process. She is an asset to this law office. As I said before, if you need help with a disability claim, look no further, these are you people!
