Wow what a great man! I sat with him for about an 1 1/2 to discuss my situation. He wasn’t in a big hurry to be done! He genuinely wanted to help me! I would recommend him to anyone that needed an attorney. He treated me with respect and truly cared about what I am dealing with on a daily basis. If you need help I recommend him 110%.

Mr.Barnes and his assistant Elizabeth are fantastic. Felt at ease when we met for the first time about my case. He is straight forward and explains things in detail to insure I understand all stages of the proces . Never did I have a problem at any time getting a hold of him or Elizabeth. He pulled a rabbit out of a hat and got me great results. Strongly recommend him to anyone who's needing a magician in the courtroom or to get you the best deal available He's your guy. He cares.

My husband was being held on no bond and we were desperate for him to get out due to my job and my kids not having anyone if I got called out. I called numerous attorneys in the area and either never got a call back or they just seemed uninterested. James and his staff were always readily available, friendly and honest. He kept me informed of every little thing that happened and went above and beyond for my family. I am actually writing this with tears in my eyes because I dont think he will ever know just how grateful we are for the work that he did.
