Jim is the best lawyer that I have ever had hands down!!!! I was in very serious trouble facing up to life in prison which is utterly ridiculous. My ex husband’s wife accused me of hitting her and pushing her door open. They charged me with burglary with assault. I went to trial and was found not guilty. He is not afraid to go to trial; you can tell he actually likes going to trial. Jim is an extraordinary trial lawyer with so much valuable experience. His closing argument was absolutely superb!!!! He was charismatic and funny! He was actually likable and the prosecutor definitely was not!!! Jim is so confident in the courtroom, and well respected in the law community!!!! Look up his voluntter work and reviews on AVVO because it is highly impressive. In addition, His prices are extremely fair!!! He is an attorney who actually listens and takes time with his clients. Every time I had an appointment he always made me feel better about the case and believe me I was terrified! He never once made me feel rushed in the office or on the phone. I would recommend him to anyone and that is rare for me. Do not hesitate to hire Jim. He treats his clients like they are his children!!!
