I haven't had the best experiences with attorneys in the past but Tom Ueberschaer and Eric Sventek blew me away! Mr. Ueberschaer worked diligently on my W/C case and helped me receive the money I was owed. Mr. Sventek fought long and hard for my Disabilty and I got that too! I'm extremely grateful for their help. These guys are the real deal. They are my Heroes and they can help you too!

My case was a very unusual case and was only the third of it’s kind in Florida. Tom took my case without hesitation and looked forward to litigating it. I knew during my initial consultation Tom was sincere about my case and he was dedicated to a positive outcome for me! Anytime I had a question Tom or Susan would answer them. When my husband got hurt on the job, he didn't know what to do. A friend recommended Tom Ueberschaer to him. After meeting with him, he hired him on the spot. He was able to explain how workers' comp works and made him feel more at ease. When ever he had questions, the paralegal always took his call and listened to him. When he realized he wasn't going to be able to return to work, he recommended he apply for Social Security Disability. He handled the claim for him and got him his disability. We have been very pleased with his office. He has a great staff and I highly recommend his firm.
