Let me just start by saying if you are in a fight, you want Tim Nusser on your side. Tim maybe be quiet during the process of discovery and motions, but when it came down to getting the job done... Lets just say he was the Michael Jordan of the hearing. I had the odds stacked against me in my case (child support/custody) although common sense would say that I was a victim of a vindictive ex-spouse. In deposition, which I was terrified of because in all my 40 years of life I had never been in a court room or before a lawyer or judge, Tim prepared me for what was to come. Although I knew my situation was unique and hard to prove to the judge as to why, Tim took an approach that most lawyers didn't. First, he continue to push his point to the judge on how I was being prejudiced in my case. His research and case findings were phenomenal. The judge had not choice but to hear him out. Then Tim had the judge hear my testimony which was somewhat long but the judge could not turn his attention away from the injustice that was being done. We left the judge's chambers better than I could have ever expected. I will forever rave about this approach and finish. He is like that lil terrier dog that sits on the porch and watches the other dogs until there is an injustice and he brings order to the situation. I would go to court with Tim as my representation ANY day of the week. To Mr. Nusser (if you ever read this), I sincerely THANK YOU. Your bite is much great than your bark. I had to wait through to process to understand that. I can say Ann Meador felt the wrath of your bite. Also, Judge Simon opened up and got more understanding through your approach and thorough explanation of the situation. Thanks again for everything. My family is better because of you.

The decision to divorce is not an easy one and can be very scary. Tim and his office staff, especially Brenda, were always there for me. They returned my calls/emails in an extremely efficient manner, answering all my questions and kept me abreast of everything. Tim is an extremely professional attorney with very reasonable rates and no surprises. He's very easy to talk to and explains things in detail until you understand. I would highly recommend Tim. Tim Nusser and staff were exceptionally helpful and efficient. I hired him to draft a pre-nuptial agreement. After our consultation and my input he had the draft completed within 48 hours.

Tim is technically and tactically proficient in his craft. He will not sell you a bill of goods to pad his pockets. He will give an honest legal opinion to you. You may not like what you hear from him, but it will be a sound legal opinion based upon his wealth of experience and knowledge. Dont waste your time and money on attorney that will just tell you what you want to hear. I would hire him again without question, but hope I will never have to.

After consulting with Mr. Nusser, I decided to hire him, to assist with attempting to get my long-term (20+ years) alimony reduced. Mr. Nusser, as well as his outstanding staff, were very kind and helpful as we went through this process. Following recent mediation, I was very pleased when I learned that my alimony had been reduced by one-half. I feel that I could not have expected a better outcome.
