I had some reservations being that I live in Va and having to obtain a lawyer in FL: but I would highly recommend Gross & Schuster to anyone needing assistance. The whole process was seamless !

After being rear ended I suffered injuries and being the sole care-taker of my disabled daughter I had no clue what to do. By the grace of God Mr. Gross took my case. My son was killed in an auto accident. Terry Gross was referred to us by a friend and I thank God he was. I'd spoken to several lawyers prior to him and they were quick to want to take our claim without fully understanding all of the details. Terry and his team did their due diligence before meeting with us and then promptly declined our case! He explained that, given the circumstances, we could handle it ourselves and save the cost of an attorney. He'd also checked in and offered us advice leading up to the settlement call with the insurance which we just completed.
