The staff was extremely helpful and very professional and did an amazing job!

I was struck by a vehicle while walking through a cross walk and had to seek emergency medical treatment for my injuries. The owner of the vehicle that struck me gave the police officer on the scene insurance information. Upon filing the claim on his insurance afterwards, it was discovered that the vehicle owner's insurance had termed months prior to the accident and I had to file a claim with my own insurance company. Things were getting so complicated that I decided to enlist help from a professional, and a friend of mine recommended Rhett at Gross and Schuster. Rhett and his team were very pleasant to work with and so well versed in dealing with insurance companies and medical billing that I didn't have to worry about a thing; they literally took the burden off of me and took care of everything. Rhett closed my case within a matter of months and made sure I was not responsible for anything involving the accident. I am incredibly grateful for their help and would recommend them to anyone involved in an accident.

He was very honest, professional, and explained the whole process for my case. Everything was very organized and streamlined. There were also 2 assistants that helped him with my case. I got into a wreck December of 2016. Rhett Gross helped me out with all my medical bills, what doctors to see, and my settlement. He did amazing work and got my settlement done smoothly and quickly.
