Randall Ethridge is hands down the best Lawyer the state of Florida and most likely the Nation. I Have used Randy twice in 2 separate cases and he provided excellent service and Elite council. Randy is an excellent attorney and has a great staff including Amanda , his paralegal . He was the first attorney I met with on my case and I knew then he was who I was hiring. He will fight to get you the best possible outcome and is honest with you in regards to if he can help you or not . He said he was going to try and get my case dropped which he did . Randy and his office is professional , courteous , and kind . They always answer the phone and if needed Randy will return your call that day . I watched my son literally suffer for almost three years on a case that at the time was over five years old. Loosing job after job, home after home, because of an open case pending conviction he lost so much faith due to Florida laws put in place for victims of sexual battery for true criminals. Then we ran into a person in our lives who made a difference..who saw his innocence like we did when no one else would fight for him. Randy answered our call in aiding our son to prove he was falsely accused. It was an extremely long road and when we thought he had stopped trying he had just approached things from a different angle making sure he won. Motions were filed and he helped my son be as comfortable as possible while reporting to PTR over every week for almost three years. Every phone call and email from us as parents he was quick to answer calming us making sure we knew he had our sons interest at heart. He fought and fought hard against all objections for two days of trail and at every turn he came back stronger. There was no truth behind the accusations and because of Randy the jury saw it and the verdict of “Not Guilty” brought a huge peace to my family to my son who can finally move forward in his life. I Thank God for using Randy to defend my sons right to a fair trial.

You will not find a better Attorney or a better staff! If you have to pay for an Attorney why not pay for the best. We were truly blessed to have him and his passionate defense.

Mr. Randy is the best lawyer I’ve ever met. He’s down to earth. He doesn’t bs you. If there’s nothing he can do to help you he will tell you. I was charged with habitual felony battery and he got my case dismissed. Every time I called and talked to his receptionist he called me back himself that same evening. He kept me informed of everything that he was given involving my case. Would definitely recommend him to any of my family or friends.

I have to say i hired this man over the phone before I ever meet him.. He was great. The D.A was nothing nice but he did everything he could to get me back home on a VOP. I was suppose to go down the road but I had a great lawyer, no matter what people say or thank about this man he won't take your money unless he is for sure he can win. He told me it's totally up to the judge on my case and he was right... If I ever need him again I'd spend 20,000 if I had to he is a very blunt man. He also gets what he wants I've seen it. Randy was always professional, polite, and most importantly down to earth, always reassuring me of the outcome. My charge got dropped by the state, and my accuser decided it was best she didn’t show up for trial. This was a charge that could have really ruined my life. I work around children, and was accused of a sex crime. 8 months ago: When my ex-husband saw a chance to put me in jail, in hopes of winning our house in the divorce, he took it, with the help of his future wife. I really wish Mr. Etheridge could be my divorce lawyer too. I wont use anyone else for criminal court, no matter how big or small the case. His paralegal was awesome as well. She answered the questions that she knew she could, and if she couldn't.. she always let Randy know to call me. I’ve never met a lawyer that makes a real effort to call you back before his work day is over. Everytime I left a message, my call was returned before 5pm. You may think thats a minor thing to be appreciative of, but its my favorite thing about this Lawyer. He shows that he really cares for his clients, most attorneys care about you just enough to get retained.. you'll hire Randy if you want a Lawyer that cares about your case like you do.
