I went to the lawyer's office in person, I come from a different state. Lawyer is very patient, polite, respectful and very knowledgeable. Very known person in Pensacola, good connections with PD & Court. Immediately resolved my case, provided me with a copy from Court for the withdrawal with in a week. She is always available either by phone, email, message. She is very reasonable, kind heart'ed, understands the problems very well. I hired Ms Reynolds to handle a drug case for me. Ms Reynolds never judged me and treated me with respect and worked hard on my case. When I first met her she recognized that I was in college and trying to get a degree. She was very concerned about future licensing. Ms Reynolds investigated my case thoroughly and found many issues in the case. With that, Ms Reynolds filed several motions, worked with the Prosecutor and in the end she got me a deal whereas I could complete my program and become licensed. I cannot thank her enough, this was a one time deal for me and I will never get in trouble again. It is because of Ms Reynolds this did not ruin my life. She said, people make mistakes and it is how we move forward. She worked hard to get me a second chance. I would recommend her to anyone!

There was no sugar coating of promises but always a noticeable (and very much) appreciated effort that my legal best interest was being represented and the staff would be prepared for whatever direction I chose to go in the case. The legal process does not move quickly and at times can be extremely frustrating but the entire staff made it easier to keep everything into proper perspective and kept me informed and updated throughout the lengthy process. In the end (several months and court dates later, no fault of anyone's - it is just "The Legal Process") - the charges were dropped. I trusted my attorney throughout and believed that she would get the right people to eventually do the right thing.
