Mr. Fraiser was not only extremely responsive, but also laser focused in solving an issue relating to the use and enjoyment of our land. Within minutes, he assured us that we did not have to comply with outdated restrictive covenants that would have changed the type of structure we planned to build on our property. Update: Mr. Moorhead reached out and was very professional. It seems that my counsel should have been sent to another firm who never called. I still recommend this lawfirm due to it's previous reviews and appreciate the time taken to write back. Old post : They came highly recommended, but unfortunately I haven't had the same experience yet. I reached out to them the first week in December via email. I received a response from Aleena on 7 Dec and sent the information requested back on 16 Dec. I haven't heard anything back in a month. Hoping that my experience changes with this office, because they seem helpful from the other reviews.

Jay Fraiser is the attorney representing our HOA. Anyone needing an attorney for HOA issues he is your man. He has been handling our issues since 2015 and has done a great job!!

Mr Frasier promised me for 3 years and $21,000.later that my attorney fees would be paid for by the HOA, that I was entitled to a monetary value for pain and suffering and the HOA would be held accountable for repairing my unit due to their neglience. Every action of Mr Frasier was resultless and he just kept on wanting more money and my issues were not resolved. I'm reporting him to the Bar association.
