Would not recommend taking your business here. They filed a lawsuit on my behalf, and have failed to keep in contact with me. Would never use them again.

Worst law firm I have ever dealt with by far. I signed a settlement agreement with an insurance company almost 2 months ago and have yet to receive a check. Little to no response when checking on it and getting an attitude from the case manager when I ask to be updated. I've been told Wednesday, Friday, next week, next week, next week, we can't control the accounting department, blah blah blah. Meanwhile, making interest off of my settlement. NEVER AGAIN! For the people huh? What people, the company people?

Morgan & Morgan state they work for the people. First, I call and got transferred three times before reaching the exact same department who transferred me to begin with. Then, once I got the correct department, they repeatedly asked for my DOB when it's not my claim. I was only trying to help someone who is unable to speak. I had so many problems, I asked for John Morgan to call me directly. I have not received a call. This is definitely not working for the people but against them.

They wasted my time. They did help me get started on my case quick then they dropped my case. They also had nothing else to do with me I kept calling and everything but I get no help

I just wrote, and got 2 calls back, once while I was at the dentist, and then another while I'm in bed resting after my abortion on Friday, last, 5/20/22, and this punk from "working at home," he, I wasted 22minutes, and 44 sec, while he gathering what I had already wrote to this law firm, and he had the audacity to say "sorry," for something he didn't even commit? He asked me, if I'm suing "doctor, or whoever. Else." I told him, i'dont know, that's why I'm calling a lawyer. I asked h why do I repeat myself, when I wrote on the internet.

I made contact to get their opinion on a possible lawsuit. I decided to go with a different firm and told them so several times as they keep calling and sending emails for me to contact them so they can begin to investigate my claim. I decided to go with a different firm because I was unable to speak with an attorney after I requested to twice. They call themselves a law firm, but conduct themselves more like a production line at a factory. My first call to the second law firm netted my request to speak with an attorney. It has been 5 days since I told them I hired a different firm, but they just sent another email. These ambulance chasers are relentless.

No answer what so ever from this firm.

Was horrible. They only take your case if it’s an automatic win. Other wise they are against you and will not fight for you. Bad customer service.
