I Have been using Jim as an attorney for over 20 years and he has always been very knowledgeable, prepared and attentive to my needs. He knows his way around the courtroom and follows with ease every detail. He is very well spoken and admired in the community. I can depend on him to advise me in any situation. I was involved in a divorce where my ex-spouse did not want to settle the case and her attorney had no client control. Mr. Chase handled the other attorney, the judge and everyone involved with this case with respect and defended me to the best of his ability. There is nothing more I could have asked for from an attorney. I am an attorney and although I do not practice in family law I learned how to better deal with judges, attorneys and witnesses from Mr. Chase's handling of my family law case. After a full trial, Mr. Chase was able to obtain a result far better than my last offer to my ex-spouse. If anyone is looking for a family law attorney I cannot recommend anyone better than Mr. Chase!
