DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS RUDE, NASTY, INCOMPETENT, INCONSIDERATE AND UNPROFESSIONAL GUY 1000% Unprofessional. No confidentiality. He tells all your business to and doesn't handle his correctly. He's old and gets frustrated and in the midst of his unprofessionalism, he will curse at you and try and write you off like you're the problem. He hung up in my face TWICE and has a nasty way of talking to you. He filed my paperwork wrong and refuses to get it straightened out. He's rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate. I WOULD NEVER WISH THIS HORRIFIC REPRESENTATION AND WASTE ON MY WORST ENEMY People just want there loved ones to be taken care of in the best way possible and Tom seems to have no consideration or empathy for the people fighting to come home or their loved ones who HE TELLS TO CALL HIM AND REMIND HIM OF THINGS HE'S BEEN PAID TO DO I hope this helps someone find an actual GOOD OR DECENT lawyer. YOU WILL NOT GET TREATED LIKE A DECENT HUMAN BEING AFTER HE GETS YPUR MONEY DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY

My son's case required special effort from getting treatment records, bringing the truth to the judge, and convincing the Probation Officer into dismissing count 3, failure to get treatment. she originally declined to dismiss until he showed her that the Probation Order did not require the probation officer to give advance approval of the treatment provider- she chose Hope Counseling and she was saying that he was required to go there but he wasn't. He was very detailed in preparing and bringing out the truth. He listened to every detail we had to share with him. He took the time to make my son, who has a learning disability, understand and stay calm. My son was released and is able to continue progress with treatment. I have never dealt with a lawyer that listened and was genuine about caring and doing the right thing.

He was more than an Excellent Attorney. He really cared and has a wonderful heart. He is also a PitBull defense Lawyer. I was facing 15 years in prison. He got it all dropped. He should be very proud because he is the best

I am so glad I chose Angela Guttmann to represent me. Angela and her staff are wonderful to work with! I tried to file myself in April, but things didn't go as planned. By June, I hired Angela and she corrected all the paperwork and had things wrapped up by the end of December! She takes her time during phone consultations to truly listen, she remembers what you tell her, she is responsive, she is willing to fight for what's right, and she gives excellent advice and feedback throughout the entire process. Tom got the job done and at a reasonable price.Even tho the courts are backed up he pushed threw and didn't let them pushed back any longer than needed. He stayed on top of things even to the point the probation officer said he was very persistent and was a good Lawyer so that's saying something right there. Thanks Tom and God Bless!

Mr. Thomas Mcguire was an outstanding attorney for me. I had a minor mistake in the State of Florida and they were ready to slay me. I had a little bit of money to offer. He allowed me to make payments to him but worked like I paid him too much. He was ready for trial and was able to push a continuance for I was unable to take off for work that week. 2 hours into the trial my charges were dismissed. My family will always have a present at Christmas for Mr. Mcguire. Thank you so much for everything I appreciate it. You have no idea what that feeling was like.
