I’ve tried to review before but for some reason I can’t find it so I’ll try again. I was greatly disappointed in Brett Vigodsky. I had wait, sometimes for hours, for him at every meeting. He asked the same questions as though he had never spoken with me before. If it weren’t for Kim Thomas, my paralegal, I would have fired this firm and found someone else. Ms. Thomas did most of the work, always had quick & accurate answers, kind, polite, and always professional. She made this degrading ordeal bearable.

I can't thank my team enough. I was in a horrible accident, called Levin Papantonio and spoke with Stephen Luongo. Mr. Luongo was very professional, courteous, and quick to respond to any questions I had. I also talked to Valerie, Tawni, and Brenton Goodman, who were all so amazing to me also. The reason for our 4 stars instead of 5 has more to do with the entire frustrating legal system and process we have. As far as LPR, we highly recommend them if you need a law firm for personal injury. They have the resources and experience to navigate successfully through what is a daunting and frustrating process. In particular, our lawyer Racheal Gilmer and her assistant Latisha Jones were very thorough and made us feel at ease and confident about a positive outcome, which was achieved. Hopefully never need a PI lawyer again, but would definitely be calling LPR.
