Even though he is really busy, Mark takes the time to make every client feel like they are his only client. His knowledge is so valuable for someone who needs guidance for a legal issue. His responsiveness is definitely way beyond the normal. Always attentive, he puts you at ease immediately. He talks in my language and not over my head. His follow up performance can't be beat!
