Took them almost a year to respond. Sent the info for a TSGLI claim. I was hit by a roadside bomb, have a VA rating of 40% for TBI along with other injuries. But it wasn't enough for them to take my case due to them saying my medical records don't have enough info in it. Thanks for trying I guess.

Brett and the staff are amazing. They have fought for my rights from day one. It a has been a battle as workers comp has tried to stop my treatment at every turn. To Anyone Who Cares:: Philips Cpap recall Attorneys I am 84 year old American Veteran and applied to this law firm to handle my CPAP case (my System One cpap machine was recalled by Philips). I have been diagnosed with 2 tumors one in each lung. Andenocarcinoma Cancer foumd by the VA in one lung and am going to have surgery to remove the tumor. This law firm sent me a letter that they didn't want my case... I checked with Woods & Woods and i was told that Levin Papanonio Rafferty do not take clients that are over 75 years old so they didn't want my case because i am 84? I want people to know if you are over 75 years old you are not considerate important enough to be represented by this law firm. YOU DISCRIMINATE AGAINST PEOPLE OVER 75 LEVINE PAPANTONIO RAFFERTY!!!! I really got the help I needed anytime I had questions or just needed to talk about what's next Joli King was very professional and patient and so kind every time I spoke with her and she got back to me every time in a very timely manner as soon as I reached out Brett also did a great job and getting done what he could do as well with workman's comp and dealing with a misdiagnosis that took a little bit more time but all together I think all three of us worked very well together if it wasn't for Joli King I probably would have been under a lot more stress she was such a big help
