They are very responsive to phone calls and have worked well with us regarding our case.

It is difficult to get return phone calls or any follow up services from this firm. I do not suggest you hire them to handle any estate matters unless you are willing to wait years for your services. I am still waiting for them to handle my cousin's very minor estate and just keep getting excuses. They used an "enrolled agent" instead of a CPA to help in the matter and do not seem to care about the outcome or how long it is taking.

Very arrogant and doesn't like women. If your case isn't "important" enough he will act slowly and do nothing to suck the money up faster. Please stay away from Tom staples, such a terrible person.

He failed to let me know that I can say no to more extensions from the defense he has threat me he is no fighting for my case he tell my witness to lie on his deposition first in a later he made he said I need $5000. For caretaker now he is no asking for me to pay caretaker the way he is acting is like he is working for the defense he new was 3 companies if he cannot handle this tell me at the beginning no after 4 years that the judge call the case to age means to old everything is the defense this an that he tried to withdraw and the judge said no he has been astringent lawyer instead of a fighter lawyer and when is 3 companies as defend with millions to pay on attorneys he is no good only to sell to the defense
