A huge Thank You to Bret and Debbie for the care I received while on workman’s comp. My future was very uncertain until I finally decided to call Brett Vigodsky’s Law Firm. Within a few months I was FINALLY able to get a surgery workman’s comp was denying me. Get your life back like I did, Debbie and Brett really care.

Rachel helped me answer questions after I was in an accident and wasn’t sure if I had a case or not. She personally called me over the holidays when every one else wasn’t working. She gave me very valuable answers and took time to explain things when I still didn’t understand. She also replied to emails as I was going through the insurance process. I would recommend her to anyone who has experienced injuries in a car accident!

From the moment I walked into this office, you could feel the respect that Brett, and all of the amazing women , commanded. I knew right away I was in good hands. I obtained legal council with Brett Vigodski when my employers attorney started calling me at home demanding I return to work immediately or face being fired, even though I was not released from my doctor to do so. I reached out to the law office immediately at that point. I had an appointment the next day with Brett, and so glad I did. He advised me that he would represent my case and that I was not to speak to my employer further unless through him. My W/C case has taken years to settle, he was with me every step of the way and was looking out for my best interest. I was also introduced to his paralegal,Debbie Bourne, at that initial appointment. I can not even attempt to explain what Debbie has meant/been to me over all these years. She was there to answer questions/concerns I had. If things were not getting approved in a timely manner, she was there making calls and sending emails. She would call just to see how I was doing if she hadn’t heard from me. When my husband past in 2017, she took time out of her day to attend his services. That should tell you what type of people Brett and Debbie are, while very professional they are also caring people. I highly recommend Brett, Debbie and the rest of the team that are behind the scenes working on your case.
