Lauren handled the Trust Administration for my Mom’s estate. Lauren was thoroughly professional while also being compassionate and sensitive to the emotions and uncertainty that was clouding my thought process. She ensured that I understood what to expect from the process and the expected time frame. Lauren made a to do list for me to complete and was very flexible in the methods used to provide the information to her office.
