We chose a great attorney when my aunt asked me to help her update her will and other legal documents. Kristen Marks prepared my aunt’s will 5 years ago and luckily we have not needed her expertise until recently. Kristen was kind enough to call me and answer a couple of questions that I had. From reading Kristen’s blogs I know that we should all review our wills every 3-5 years, or sooner if there has been a significant life change. I feel better having talked with Kristen just to be sure that I am doing what is best for my aunt according to her wishes stated in her will.
