I highly recommend this law office and Phillip Warren. Mr. Warren was very detailed, explained everything, and answered all of my questions. The majority of correspondence was made by the actual lawyer, not the assistant which made me feel like he was personally working on my case. Phillip Warren and his staff responded very quickly to my request for help with Hurricane Michael damage to my home and my insurance companies refusal to provide additional help in the repairs. After I sent Mr. Warren all the needed documents, he reached out to the insurance company with my claim issues and after several conversations with the insurance company they sent and inspector out again and it was determined that my issues were a direct cause from Hurricane Michael and a supplement payment was made to cover the damages. In 2018 our house at Mexico Beach was substantially damaged by Hurricane Michael. The original settlement offer from the insurance company did not come close to covering the damage from the storm. We got Mr. Warren’s name and phone number from my parents who already contacted Mr. Warren to help with their hurricane claim that had turned into a nightmare!
