After our insurance company denied our claim for Hurricane Michael damage we learned about Phillip Warren and his staff. After hearing about our problem and how the insurance company had denied our claim he took the case and began on a course that ended in a very nice settlement close to the amount we had made a claim for. During the whole process Phillip and his staff stayed in contact with us and kept us abreast of what was going on. If I ever need another attorney for this type of situation I will hire Phillip Warren again because he is a Winner!!

If it were not for the legal assistance that I received from Mr. Warren I would not have gotten my Hurricane Sally claim paid by my insurance company. He filed a Civil Remedy Notice on my behalf and got the insurance company to sit up and take notice, finally. My claim has been paid and the difference between what the insurance company offered shortly after the hurricane and what the ultimate outcome was is nothing short of amazing. Being a victim of not just Hurricane Michael but a crooked contractor as well, I was beginning to think I would never be able to move back in to my home. Then I hired Mr. Warren. He explained to me how he thought he could help me, and how the process worked. He was also very patient with my continuous questions. After throwing up our hands in frustration over an insurance dispute, Phillip took on the case and brought it to a very positive conclusion. The insurance company simply stopped communicating with us (I guess that's a "tactic" they use) and we were getting nowhere. Phillip and his team handled 100% of the legwork and paperwork, and got our case scheduled for a jury trial -- until COVID stopped up the courts. Eventually he arranged a 'mediation' meeting online with the insurance company and he slam dunked the process. The win wasn't huge for us financially, but you'd have thought it was worth a zillion dollars they way Phillip and his team aggressively worked on our behalf. Highly professional, and spoke plain English rather than trying to impress us with annoying legalese and jargon.

He was very prompt to respond to all of our questions and explained everything in layman's terms. He works on behalf of the client and empathizes with them as he works through the process until resolution. We did not have to do all the leg work as is the case with some firms. The BIG bill!boards you see that promise you the WORLD and DON'T ,well Phillip is not like that!!! I had a question about an auto accident and was having trouble talking to a lawyer . I called Phillip and he returned my call and took all the time i need and gave me the answers I needed and took my info down and told me to feel free to call if I needed anything at all. After recently moving to Florida from Arizona, Linda and I had the misfortune of dealing with a General Contractor hired to build our home, near Panama City Beach.
