I found Mr. Warrens group online and was fortunate enough to be connected with him. I felt very at ease speaking to him over the phone and even better when I met him in person. He is very professional, knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy. We had a lot of communication through email. I never waited for a response, he was always right there. I felt comfortable knowing my case was in the hands of Mr. Warren. Not only is Mr. Warren AMAZING, so is his staff. I would recommend or refer him to anyone who needed it! My initial visit with Mr. Warren and his firm was very positive. I was hesitant about going to an attorney and firm of which I had no prior knowledge. Mr. Warren was very knowledgeable and explained options concerning my legal matter in a very simple way. He gave me ample time to ask questions and made sure I understood and received the service I needed and expected. The receptionist was very cordial, I was put at ease as soon as I entered the door. Phillip Warren is a rare breed. I have had the unfortunate task of engaging several attorneys in my life. 95% of them will not return messages in a timely manner, will not account for their time billed and generally over bill for their time if they do account for it. Not so here, Phillip always returned my calls in the same day and usually within the same hour. In the end he managed to arrive at a suitable outcome and charged a reasonable fee to do so.
