This was my first time needing to retain an attorney and based on what everyone was telling me about the law industry I was truthfully scared about the entire process. I made the first call and actually got to speak to Joe personally and he agreed to take on my case. We set up an in-person meeting for later that day and I was impressed with how everything was handled. I supplied the requested information through email and that started the wheels rolling. The office staff checked in monthly and let me know how my case was progressing and asked how I was doing because of the injuries I suffered from the accident, they even called to check on my status the day after my surgery. Overall my satisfaction with the firm exceeded my expectations and the settlement was much better than what I was expecting. Thank you Joe and Ella for your professionalism in handling my case.

I am a lawyer practicing in Mobile, Alabama. Recently I had a client with a medical malpractice case come to me. I don't do that type of law, and I am not licensed in Florida, and so I had to refer it out. I sent it over to Joe. He did a fantastic job. At first the case did not look very promising. But Joe didn't give up, and ultimately found evidence that proved the malpractice. The health care providers wound up admitting fault and settling for a nice sum. I trust Joe's judgment and will recommend him for any lawsuit I have in the Panhandle area.
