I hired Joe to take care of my issues after a wreck, what a great choice that was!! He and his team were very diligent, communicating everything I needed to know through-out my entire case. He is obviously super knowledgeable and impressively communicated all the complex issues of my case in a way I could understand! Joe Zarzaur and his team were the best firm we could have used after being in such a serious vehicle accident where a Sewage Tanker Truck hit us and fell on top of our car. They walked each step of this journey with us and even at times were an ear to let us vent to as the process can be overwhelming. I was injured in the wreck and Joe and his team made sure that we were taken care of both medically and financially. We were not a number to them or a dollar sign, we were treated with such compassion and respect. They explained everything to us each step of the way and we did not have to settle for a low settlement, in fact they got us more than we had hoped for. They did all the fighting with the insurance company and we did not have to worry about anything. I am so grateful for Joe and his team. Someone told me that because it was a large firm we would never hear from Joe and they would not treat us like individuals. That was completely false. Joe was the first to call us and we talked with him personally through out the process. Yes, he has a team and the are highly professional. Jessica listened to me as I was in so much pain and stress and David fought hard and was so good during our mediation. We fully trusted him and glad we did as he got us more than we thought we would get.
