Kramer and his entire staff were extraordinarily helpful in assisting our family with the management of a family estate and disbursement of assets. EVERYONE went out of their way to communicate often (email, phone, office). Kramer made the entire process, clear and simple. I would highly recommend.

I recently carried my mother in law to meet with Mr. Litvak regarding the preparation of a Durable POA and a combination Living Will/Health Care Surrogate form. Mr. Litvak, as well as all of his office staff, were very knowledgeable and helpful in taking care of my mother in law's questions and concerns. The documents were prepared correctly and in a timely manner that even my ornery mother in law found satisfactory. Mr. Litvak is very patient and communicates very clearly to older clients in a manner that most attorneys are unable to duplicate. If you have estate planning needs for yourself or for aged loved ones, I strongly recommend that you use Mr. Litvak as you will not be disappointed.

We used Mr. Litvak to prepare our will, power of attorney and health care surrogate documents. He was recommended by our CFP John Peacock. He was easy to talk to and answered our questions so that we could understand what we were signing. This was completed in a timely manner by he and his staff. His pricing was fair and I would recommend him to others.

I worked with Kramer earlier this year to create a new will and a revocable trust which he recommended to handle the specific aims I had for my estate. He also created new healthcare and financial powers of attorney for me, and handled creating and recording a new grant deed for my home to initially fund the trust. He met with me and my financial advisor and incorporated some suggestions to address my specific needs. He was always pleasant to work with and willingly explained everything I had questions about. I really appreciate how easy he made it for me to get this important work done that I had avoided for a long time. I highly recommend him to those looking for assistance with estate planning.

Mr. Litvak provided Guardianship accounting services for me for years. He also recently provided Estate Planning for my family. He has always been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and accurate. He has never made me feel as if my questions were unnecessary or unimportant.
