Lauren Merritt and her staff are as kind and caring as they are professional. I was dealing with the loss of two family members that required a complicated probate process. From the second they answered the phone, I felt a huge sense of relief. They went to work immediately getting things filed, explaining the process to me, letting me know what, and when to expect things. I probably called, or emailed a hundred times during the process, and Lauren, or Jody would be right there. There were actually several times I emailed Jody, and got a response within a minute or so. I had just adopted a dog from the Humane Society and did not want to leave her home alone, and these wonderful people just said "bring her with you. We love dogs." When I got there I felt like a celebrity. Everyone came out of their offices to see, and gush over my new best friend (Paige the dog). When our business concluded, I felt more like a friend than a customer. Even if you know, or have heard of a good attorney, do yourself a huge favor and just call here first. I promise you'll be so glad you did.
