I've always feared estate planning, but I also knew it could make life easier for my loved ones. I was referred to Kristen by someone who had first asked me if I could help them with their estate as I too am an attorney, but not in this area of practice! I am so glad I followed up with that person for the recommendation. I made the best decision setting an appointment with Kristen. She is sharp, experienced, organized, empathetic, creative and timely. For me, thinking through all of the what ifs was tough, but Kristen guided us through every step and was always ready with an informed response and answered with professionalism and patience. She hears your story, responds timely with drafting, and does exactly what she says she will do in preparation for each and every interaction she has with you. I can't say enough about our experience with her. I would encourage anyone thinking of moving forward with estate planning, setting up trusts or wills to go and meet with Kristen. I was truly impressed with her and the way in which she conducts her business.

Lets's start with the office atmosphere - warm, inviting and comfortable; located on the 2nd floor with a lift if needed for accessibility. I was referred to her by my CPA and after reading Kristen's reviews, I made a consultation appointment for my Estate planning. Kristen is very knowledgable and informative regarding Estate planning law as well as personable, compassionate and understanding of your concerns in this matter. She listens to your concerns and tailors an estate planning to help you meet your personal needs and wishes. I can't speak highly enough of her and her supportive staff. They have met and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend her and already have to several friends. I am not inexperienced in seeking assistance in Estate Planning Law. I have had to assist both my mother and now deceased sister with their estate planning, as well as seek legal assistance for assistance with filing a Medicaid application. By far, Kristen Marks and her office have been my BEST experience! I truly can not express enough gratitude. For me and people in general, estate planning can be overwhelming. Everyone doesn't want to think about the ultimate - however Kristen puts you at ease.
