I am from New Jersey. I had a very particular issue that I called lawyers around the country to get an answer to. My outreach to Mr. Ortiz was met by a responsive and professional office which is so important. Ultimately. Mr. Ortiz scheduled time to speak to me and share his expertise and perspective which is authoritative. And while my issue is yet to be resolved I sleep well knowing thst I am working with a fierce advocate who cares about his clients and works with great integrity. I am happy to recommend his practice with great enthusiasm.

Excellent staff but when I had an unfavorable decision from the alj mr. Ortiz decided to withdraw from my case and not go to the Appeals Council level for some reason

I applied for disability years ago. I tried to do it myself and was denied a couple of times. I called a heavily advertised local disability law firm about it and they were rude and wouldn't take my case. I called Ortiz Law Firm and they were very nice and helpful and supportive and they helped get me approved. I only wished I had gone to them before trying to do it by myself.

Nick and his team provided a great experience. They are all very courteous professional and extremely friendly. Thanks to Attorney Nick Ortiz, I can now truly sleep at night. Living on $0 income was a nightmare. After working 30 years and becoming disabled through TBI and getting denied by my LTD Insurance, I contacted Attorney Ortiz after extensive research. He was able to get me approved for the medical part within just a couple of months. Now I'm waiting for the physical part which shouldn't be too much longer.
