A firm full of great attorneys who care about their clients! In my opinion, there is nothing worse than being a good and honest customer of the same insurance company for a few decades only to find out that it means nothing to the insurance company when you file a legitimate claim. I believe the insurance companies just focus on all the reasons why they should not honor claims. When you feel like you can’t win and there is no hope, do the smart thing and get an attorney. An attorney is only person who is on your side and will fight for your rights. So my advice is to never ever sign anything or say anything to any insurance company during a claims process without an attorney representing you -- and this law firm is the best one to have on your side because insurance companies know they are prepared and not afraid to go to trial for their client to seek justice. Thank God for them!

She, and her team, shows compassion and determination for her clients. I know she worked hard on my behalf. She was easy to communicate with and was really prompt at returning e-mails and phone calls. I would say 100% she is someone who you can trust. I would recommend her and the firm (Levin Law) over any other firm around.

I was initially hesitant to seek legal advice. Rachael was wonderful - professional, efficient and effective - throughout the process. At my first appointment, Rachael made me feel completely comfortable with the after-effects of my motor vehicle incident. On an ongoing basis, she described the processes and issues in layman's terms. She explained and discussed my options and the decisions to be made as well as their implications. Additionally, any questions/ concerns that I had were addressed immediately and at the appropriate level of detail. At all times, I felt that Rachael had my interests as the primary focus. The end result was fully acceptable and right on target with respect to the initially estimated schedule. I WORKED WITH RACHAEL FOR OVER 2 YEARS ON A PERSONAL INJURY CASE. I KNEW NOTHING WHEN WE STARTED ABOUT HOW LAWSUITS OPERATED , AND SHE TOOK ALL THE TIME I NEEDED TO EDUCATE ME ON THIS TYPE OF CASE AND WHAT TO EXPECT, RANGING FROM SETTLEMENT AMOUNT TO THE TIMEFRAME INVOLVED.
