I called several lawyers in the Pensacola area and the direct honest up front was surprising. Mr. Johnson explained what the process was going to be and what we could do as a solution. He did not pressure me on what he thought should be done, just worked with me on a good solution.

Ron was forthright, informative and caring for my situation and my family. He spent over 3 months reviewing documents in preparation of my trial even working for me on the case while he was on a family vacation skiing in Colorado. Ron attended the trial every day of a co conspirator alongside me to evaluate the case first hand and to review how the government was presenting their case for preparation of ours. That trial went on for a week before it was sent to the jury who ended up convicting the Co-conspirator. Upon that conviction, Ron, my family, and I conferred on my options and decided it was in the best interest of my family to mitigate my situation by taking a plea to minimize my sentencing possibilities. That decision was the best I could make with Ron taking the lead to help me through the sentencing hearing and fortunately, I did not receive any jail time thanks to Ron and his efforts.

Ron and his assistant B.J. are the most caring honest and hardworking individuals I've known and I'm 100% thankful to have them handle my case. When I went shopping for an attorney I knew after talking with Ron that he was going to be my guy. I was facing serious charges and mandatory jail time and Ron brought those charges down to a misdemeanor and no jail time! He picked apart the evidence and fought for me as if i was family. Ron Johnson has been a huge help on a few occasions! When I was arrested, they didn't want to release me since they thought I was a flight risk. He managed to get me out-with no bail! I just had to wear an ankle GPS. Though I faced a minimum mandatory, he was able to get me the least time possible. Then, three years after my release, he applied for me and got me early termination from probation. I'm so glad had Mr. Johnsons guidance and legal help to guide me through a bad time in my life! This company is handling the closing on the sale of our house and the communication has been the worst ever. We have signed 3 extensions to the contract to date and are now being told although our contract ends tomorrow they will close the day after tomorrow. No call, no notice and this is costing us an additional $2000 in insurance expense due to.the closing not occurring by the contract . I would not recommend this company . Their communication has been non existent. Had we not called today when our paperwork did not arrive as promised we would have not been they have pushed a closing PAST our contract date. This is wrong and will cost us $2000 tomorrow because they cannot follow through per the contract and have not been courteous to even inform us. .
