My involvement with AWKO law firm began several years ago. I would like to share to others what a great experience it has been working with this organization. They have been prompt in passing along information and have done a great job on breaking down the overwhelming case law and determinations of the court. They are easy to contact via your case management profile and they reply in a short amount of time and always are professional and respectable. Being a veteran of multiple combat deployments and suffering from service-related injuries it is a great relief that we have organizations as AWKO law who advocates and supports veterans. Although the case is not yet decided I honestly feel that AWKO law is doing everything it can to make the parties accountable. I am so very thankful for their continued support and all the work they are doing to assist veterans.

This firm communicates with you regularly to give you case updates along with a very user friendly “ case locker” system to upload and provide necessary documents for your case.I am very fortunate to be represented by this firm.

The most important thing you can get from your law firm while a case is active is communication. I’ve been so impressed with how my attorneys and staff have reached out, and not just when they needed something from me. My case has been taking awhile, and may last another year, but I feel like I’m in the loop, and I know what’s going on. Whatever the outcome, I know I’ll have been well represented!

I am glad that AWKO is representing me in my PPO case. They have been quick and thorough in answering my questions. They have provided updates regularly and are pleasant to communicate with. All this has led to my developing confidence in their firm.

Aylstock, Witkin, Kreis & Overholtz Law Firm (AWKO Law) up to this point been extremely helpful. I couldnt have asked for a better law firm to represent me in the 3M earplug case. Veterans all over the United States have paid the consequences for a company (3M) that knowingly had defective earplugs. Putting Service men and women like myself that fight for the benefits of being free in America in jeopardy of hearing loss is uncalled for. Knowingly and allowing us go into battle with earplugs that cause damage is uncalled for. AWKO has stood up for us service members and is still standing up till this day. Hats off to this law firm as they deserve all the recognition and props as they are still battling 3M on this case. Mr. Kirtis Droze has been in contact with me throughout this process as its been a very long case. He insures that the clients at hand are completely informed and not left in the dark, along with going out of his way to check up on clients and their well-being.
