I had put off estate planning for many years and was referred to Virginia by family members. She was delightful from the moment I walked in! Virginia guided me through the process of estate planning, including living wills, last wills and testament, designation of healthcare surrogates, and a revocable trust. Virginia took over my case halfway through my divorce. I was working with another local attorney who was not organized, and charging me outrageous hourly fees, while not producing results. Virginia was forthright and no frills. She made no false assurances and spoke very frankly with me. I was given her phone number and we texted at times as needed. She kept me updated frequently via email .I appreciated that Virginia would call me directly or text me, for explanations and discussions for which needed attention quickly. She does not fee her clients to death, as had been my previous experience.
