Mr. Murphy handled my case professionally at all times. Every phone call was polite, informative and, when needed, he and his staff gave me clear directions as to what to expect next and what if anything I needed to do to help them move my case along. If I had concerns, Mr. Murphy addressed them. On one occasion, I was unable to obtain an orthopedic provider through my primary doctor. Mr. Murphy's staff found a wonderful orthopedic doctor for me and it made all the difference in my care. I was at my wit's end with pain at the time and I could not have been happier with their recommendation. I had numerous health providers involved in my case. Mr. Murphy and his team worked with them to sort through my bills. This is a monumental task I would not want to have been faced with on my own. I would recommend Mr. Murphy to anyone going through what I did. He and his team were excellent!
