I wouldn't recommend this law firm to anyone of color my experience with this law firm was nothing honest for my case. I never heard of any law firm by accident supposedly mix up one client's case up with another clients, even if they have the same name. To me it was a fraud an has jeopardize my case that is still on going. I chose them because of there building and like the saying goes that we all has ever heard you definitely can't judge a book by it cover by that the building either.

We were referred to M&B by our nephew after an auto accident. From the moment we made contact with their office, we were treated very professionally. We heard from several of their staff the first week gathering details and investigating our crash. We felt very confident in their ability throughout the process and our phone calls were always taken immediately, or returned quickly by Mr. Mills, Mr. Jaynes, or their staff. We were well informed throughout of the process being made on our claims. When they told us timelines, they met those timelines. The settled we received was more than expected and received faster than expected. We cannot express enough our total satisfaction with our experience with this firm. In 2021 I attempted to get disability on my own and was denied right away. I contacted Michles & Booth in Crestview, Florida and they immediately took my call and all my information. Within 8 hours I was contacted by Tonya Payton and she interviewed me and informed me, in great detail, all the steps that would be happening and what I could expect. First they tell you one thing then do something we didn't talk about and when you asked questions about what all info you need know the next step they lies and charge your own paper from the Dr you gave them in your fees never would I use this company for anything
