This was mine and my husbands first accident and first time using an attorney. Even though Mr. Michles was referred to us by a friend, it's still a little nerve racking picking out an attorney. But, after speaking with Mr. Michles, we really liked his disposition and felt comfortable hiring him. The whole process from beginning to end was so easy and stress-free. To be able to turn over all your insurance and hospital billing issues for someone else to sort through, was a relief. Cynthia, his para-legal was so kind and informative and always quick to get back with us. I hope to never have to use an attorney again, but if I do, I would not hesitate using Mr. Michles and his team again.
