At age 80, I was a passengers in a car totaled by a USPS truck. We were all lucky to be alive. I continue to require chiropractic care which has been made possible by hiring the reputable Michles and Booth firm with Attorney Adrian R Bridges and his paralegal, Bruce Balestreri and assistant, Leylah Curran. Because we were dealing with the Federal Government, the process would be slow. Knowing up front helped. I expected nothing less than excellence from this firm, which we received every step of the way. What I didn’t expect was the kindness and caring that came along with the expertise also every step of the way. Through the 2 1/2 years, much of our day to day dealings were through Mr Balestreri and some with Ms Curran. I always knew they had my back, (especially due to my age and less than optimal computer skills). Mr Balestreri made sure I understood and was comfortable w through out the process, Mr Bridges led the team through the mediation process at the end. He prepared us for what to expect with mediation giving us the opportunity through out to choose what we felt was a fair settlement versus proceeding to trial. I cannot speak more highly of this team/firm. I would recommend them to anyone looking for excellence of a big firm a with the care and compassion of a family firm. I very highly recommend them, with the highest possible rating! They were a lifesaver for us. We had tried for several years on our own to get my Grandson on disability for a mental condition with no success and two formal denials.I truly don’t believe we would ever have gotten him approved trying to work it through the system without representation. However, with Michles & Booth involved, we were successful in obtaining his disability approval on the very first attempt! They were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, & friendly throughout the process. They also took the lead in all dealings with Social Security folks, which was a big burden removed from us. Lots of commercials but no mention of costs. How much is your hourly rate? Why not mention that for informed consumers? Where is the transparency?

I was involved in a car accident caused by an intoxicated guy, passed out on I10. He decided to take a nap with his car parked in the middle of the highway and I hit him doing 80 mph and was lucky to walk away without serious injuries but I did hurt my back and knee and lost equipment I was towing in ky trailer. I hired Michles & Booth, P.A. and couldn’t be happier with the service and outcome they got me. McKenzie Sorce was a saint dealing with me and did an amazing job with everything.
