Wanted to express my feelings about three Wonderful people at Michles and Booth, they have really been great to work with and put up with me! John Rogers when my case was first started and Mackenzie throughout it All she’s great and André Lama has been great taking the place of John Rogers. These wonderful people at Michles and Booth deserve the best. Wanted to express my Thank You’s to them for standing by me and supporting me during my time of crisis. Started out okay, but became very hard to get phone calls back or updates on my claim. Not very thorough in keeping you up to date about details on your case. Not very satisfied at all, and a lesson learned here.

Chris Janes and his assistant, Justin, handled a car crash for me. They were EXCELLENT. They were responsive, professional and courteous. They referred me to good medical professionals. They kept me informed throughout the process, and they got me a larger settlement than I ever imagined! They negotiated the medical bills down so that after their fees and medical bills, I took home more than half of the settlement total. The process took about 10 months from the time of my crash. Very happy!
