I very highly recommend them, with the highest possible rating! They were a lifesaver for us. We had tried for several years on our own to get my Grandson on disability for a mental condition with no success and two formal denials.I truly don’t believe we would ever have gotten him approved trying to work it through the system without representation. However, with Michles & Booth involved, we were successful in obtaining his disability approval on the very first attempt! They were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, & friendly throughout the process. They also took the lead in all dealings with Social Security folks, which was a big burden removed from us. If you’re trying to get disability approval, don’t go it alone, call them for a free consultation. You, as we were, will be extremely glad that you did!

Lots of commercials but no mention of costs. How much is your hourly rate? Why not mention that for informed consumers? Where is the transparency?

I was involved in a car accident caused by an intoxicated guy, passed out on I10. He decided to take a nap with his car parked in the middle of the highway and I hit him doing 80 mph and was lucky to walk away without serious injuries but I did hurt my back and knee and lost equipment I was towing in ky trailer. I hired Michles & Booth, P.A. and couldn’t be happier with the service and outcome they got me. McKenzie Sorce was a saint dealing with me and did an amazing job with everything. My contacts at Michaels and Booth due to a fall at Dollar tree on highway 29 Pensacola. The fall occurred due to coming around the corner stepping up an aisle in the floors are wet I hyperextended my right hip thigh and back area. Dollar general is stating that I should have known better because I supposedly spoke to someone who is mopping in five aisles over got all the floors are wet in that I was the one responsible for the fall. There were no signs of what floor in the area I was at. The only sign I ever seen when I insisted on the manager walking into my car, was one at the back of the store I was at the front of the store. Sedwig is there insurance company for Dollar tree they are stating that they do not have to put wet floor signs out and at the closing of a store all customer should be aware of wet floors because the store is closing so it's your fault if you follow. Unfortunately that night I did not have my cell phone with me so I was not able to take any pictures of the floor. I had to call out for help no one came and help me so I called myself up with my own shopping cart and hobbled to the front check myself out waiting till I could find an employee to come to the front of the store to ask for help and report the incident. I have reached out to Michaels and Booth I did to take a case because they do not want to pay me for my time off work I've lost or my chiropractic bills and loss of wages and pain and suffering. Michael some Booth along with a couple other attorneys here in this town are declining to take the case primarily because I did not investigate and take pictures that night and that there would not be enough money in it for them. It's a shame no one can help just the common person it's all about making thousands and thousands of dollars. I don't recommend any of these attorneys in this town who say they're out to help you they're not they're only out to make money for themselves.

Bruce, and his team have been incredible. They were able to get me a settlement after my motorcycle accident, that the other insurance company didn't have to pay. Not only they negotiated with tricare and were able to get my entire amount back to me. They were very responsive to my calls, amd emails. Making sure to answer any questions I had throughout the entire time. Even though I wish I didn't have to call them. I'm beyond glad that I did and have been able to get everything worked out in the end.
