Exceeded expectations! Thank you

I would like to take an Opportunity to commend and credit two people at Michles and Booth for their very professional manner. Adrian Bridges ( my Attorney) and Ms. Tiffany Touchton ( his Paralegal) are awesome! Mr. Bridges had my Back all the way through this very hard and stressful Motor Vehicle Accident that occurred in 2014. I’ve dealt with Attorneys before while working in the Business world, before I retired. He’s an Original! A very knowledgeable and compassionate Attorney. You could not find better! Ms. Touchton has the very best Customer Service Skills I’ve ever experienced! She worked very hard on my behalf. She kept me informed all the way through. She understood my frustration and my concerns about my dilemma, and sought to help me understand the System. What a great Employee she is. She always offered me a definitive answer to every question I asked! What a wonderful experience it is ( as a Client) to trust and appreciate the Leadership that Adrian and Tiffany showed me. I’m thankful that I honestly feel privileged to know them and to have been their Client. I’m truly Blessed! Both Mr. Michles and Cynthia Walsh were amazing and true professionals. Cynthia always responded promptly and kept me informed every step of the way. Cynthia was a true advocate for me and went above and beyond! They make a great team and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

I was rear-ended from behind on Olive Road on 12/07/22. I hired the law firm of Michels and Booth because my nephew Kent Eadler is an attorney there. They settled my case on 06/28/23. The driver who rear-ended me "only" had $10,000 coverage. Thank goodness I was smart enough to have gotten $100,000 uninsured motorist coverage added on my policy. My attorney Kel Murphy worked very hard on my case and was able to get the total amount of $110,000. I would, without a doubt, recommend Michels and Booth, PA., if you ever get injured in an automobile accident.

Mr. Bridges and Bruce Balestreri were excellent. They both were very knowledgeable and I felt they had my best interests at heart.
