Alistair McKenzie is on his way to being one of the best Attorneys in Pensacola. He's bright, ambitious,and just plain and simple A good man who genuinely cares about his clients well being when so many others don't. He has a team of paralegals and staff that believe in him wholeheartedly and are just as ambitious as him,real go-getters. The entire staff are all driven to see you through the process of your case. In the fall of 2014, I was looking for a lawyer to help me in a discrimination case that I had filed. At the time, it had already passed through the EEOC, and I needed a lawyer from that point. I came across Mckenzie law firm on google, and gave them a call. From the first time I met with Therese, she made me feel comfortable and confident that we would win my case. She has helped every step along the way since then, until just last month when we got a judgement in my favor in federal court. She truly has gone above and beyond for me. She has been great, and I highly recommend her.

I originally sought the legal counsel of Ms. Brehany after my separation by the recommendation of a friend who had recently gone through a divorce and had used Jane as her attorney. Although it began as an amicable divorce my situation eventually became very complicated and hostile after my ex-husband stopped paying child and spousal support and eventually sued me for custody of my sons. Jane always gave me honest and sound advice each step of the way. Once we eventually went to court Jane did an outstanding job representing me and was able to help me get a lump sum payment of child support owed to me and monthly payments after that. My case had a lot of moving pieces making it very sensitive and complex and Jane and her legal assistant Sandy were always there for me, both professionally and emotionally as their client. They both treated me with compassion and respect and I highly recommend Jane for anyone going through a difficult divorce or custody situation. Had Ms. Brehany not been as knowledgeable and fearless in the courtroom as she was I believe my situation would have turned out very differently.
