I am so grateful to Phil Hall and his staff for helping me through my situation with my insurance company! Phil went over and beyond to answer questions I had and explain all options for me. He completely took the stress off of me. I know that Phil had my best interest at heart and he proved himself trustworthy, honest, committed, and compassionate. All I wanted was my insurance company to be held accountable to me for what I pay them to do. Phil took my situation that I believe was an unfair and aggravating insurance mess and guided me to a stress free settlement. Mr. Hall is by far one of the best attorneys that I have ever worked with. His office was prompt, professional, and helpful in every interaction we had. Every conversation I had with him was never rushed. He always took extra time to personally make sure that we understood the options we had in front of us and the potential outcomes we were looking at. In the end, we were pleased with the outcome. This office is not a corporate legal machine where you never actually get to meet, let alone speak with, the attorney assigned to your case. Phil was personable, professional, and easy to get in touch with. By the time you get to a personal injury attorney, you're already likely in a stressful situation. Phil made the process seem much less intimidating and provided his honest opinion throughout the process. He was fully transparent with the process and his role. One of the things I appreciated the most about Phil is that he suggested other steps that could be taken to settle the claim before retaining him; this level of advising was free and he even answered a few questions along the way.
