Brian Carter and Tawanda Purifoy are professional, caring, patient , diligent and trustworthy. This was my first time every needing a lawyer. And after all the bad that we know about people, I struggle to trust anyone. I felt like I could trust Mr. Carter from our first conversation. He was willing to help me in anyway he could even if I decided not to chose him as my lawyer, he still wanted to help me. They returned my calls in a timely manner and kept me updated on my case.They even answered my question that I had on a separate case because I could never get the attorney that was on that case to return my calls to keep me in formed. I’m a 67 year old retiree who was in a bad motorcycle crash when an oncoming car crossed the double line and hit me nearly head on. He lied to the police but Michles and Booth investigators got a witness statement to prove what really happened. Attorney John Rogers and paralegal Bruce were there every step of the way. They found an insurance policy on a motorhome and fought with the company to pay the full limits. They fought to make sure I got to keep a large share of the settlement and I feel lucky to have had them in my corner.

John Rogers did a great job getting me the maximum amount for my shoulder that was injured in auto accident, I am very satisfied with all michles & booth and John Rogers did for me! 5 stars

I wouldn't recommend this law firm to anyone of color my experience with this law firm was nothing honest for my case. I never heard of any law firm by accident supposedly mix up one client's case up with another clients, even if they have the same name. To me it was a fraud an has jeopardize my case that is still on going. I chose them because of there building and like the saying goes that we all has ever heard you definitely can't judge a book by it cover by that the building either.

We were referred to M&B by our nephew after an auto accident. From the moment we made contact with their office, we were treated very professionally. We heard from several of their staff the first week gathering details and investigating our crash. We felt very confident in their ability throughout the process and our phone calls were always taken immediately, or returned quickly by Mr. Mills, Mr. Jaynes, or their staff. We were well informed throughout of the process being made on our claims. When they told us timelines, they met those timelines. The settled we received was more than expected and received faster than expected. We cannot express enough our total satisfaction with our experience with this firm.
