HORRIFIC customer service from what is supposed to be a professional law firm. I called to get a consultation and ask some questions about the process, since I (like many others who seek a lawyer) am inexperienced in the process. The woman I spoke with on the phone (Erika) was DISMISSIVE, RUDE, and hung up on me as I was asking her about the kinds of services they provide. Because of this service, JJ Talbott lost me, my family and my friends for any future business. Advice for the founders: ensure that everyone on your team is helpful and above all, PROFESSIONAL.
