We had went into a contract to purchase a home. We learned that we were over paying so we backed out. The sellers threatened to sue for damages up to $75,000. We called Dubyak law firm and explained our situation. We were nervous and wanted peace of mind asap. He called us in the same day for a 30 min consult. He put our minds at ease! The other real estate law firms we called were going to take days to give us a consult. Super impressed with Dubyak. He offered to write a go to hell letter to the sellers to get them off our backs.
