Jeremy Dubyak has been extremely knowledgable in closing my real estate transactions. He makes any closing a breeze and makes my buyers/sellers feel very comfortable in what can be a very trying process. I will continue to close as many real estate transactions as possible with Jeremy!

Jeremy did an amazing job. He did a great job communicating with me through out our legal process, and was very informative and clear. He made the whole process easy and worry free for me, would use him again without hesitation.

I called and spoke with a woman about some title work. She took down the information she needed from me, and said she would need to call me back. I have never heard back from them.

If you want to ensure a smooth and on time real estate closing then you have to go to Jeremy & his team at Southtrust Law & Title. Plus, they're a law firm so if there are any issues with a transaction they have way more solutions than a traditional title company. They've closed hundreds of real estate transactions for my company there's a reason why they're so highly recommended.

Did not fill out Patriot Act paperwork properly with lender when they had three days to accomplish. Did not wire payoff funds on the agreed upon date which created a late fee, which they reimbursed; however, I also incurred additional interest charges which have not been reimbursed. The two emails I sent to the person responsible for wiring the funds resulted in excuses rather than taking responsibility for missing a deadline. I then emailed the closing attorney, Steven, who told me I was getting money back from my closing and I knew the funds were short. In reality, my loan was nearly $300 more than my payoff, not including the additional $175 I paid due to a late wire transfer, and it was a "no cash out" loan. Steven took no responsibility for his closing manager missing a deadline, but rather used passive aggressive language with me on a text stating he'd pay the late fees in an effort to stop the "constant" emails I sent the closing manager...which was two. If you miss a deadline on a customer's behalf, take responsibility and make it right. Don't make excuses for your failure or make false accusations to your customer.
