Mr Burns was able to get me the results i was looking for. He was very acceasible and did the job for a very reasonable fee. The cuties he has working for him did a great job in providing me the resources I needed and Burns did a great job explaining all the details of my case. All around great experience.

Mr. Burns was able to find the time to meet with me, on a family law issue, the same day I first called his office. He along with his staff, understands the seriousness of family law and the importance of timely legal services. I highly recommend Mr Burns and his team, to anyone who is in need of legal services of any kind.

Not a good attorney! He got a good fee and did not even do a motion for my young son. I do not recommend this attorney to anyone. Beware!

Mr. Burns did an amazing job on my criminal case ! He is very well knowedged and knows his stuff ! I was preparing my life for the worst, & Mr. Burns pulled through. He did not give up on my case & did whatever it took to make sure he got the job done. If you have no criminal background or a criminal background hire Mr. Burns. My son retained James Burns for criminal vop charges plus additional criminal charges, he should have been given 2 yrs in prison just for the vop charges alone but got off with only 90 days in work release and probation for the additional charges. Way to go Mr. Burns, thanks for your services ;)

I called this office to see if Mr.Burns was as caring of an attorney as previously stated, and would be inclined to take on my family law and/or criminal case. I was surprised to find myself on the phone with such a rude, presumptuous, derogatory man. After stating he normally helps single mother's in need, he chose to belittle me instead of taking my case. If you are subject to misfortune, do not call this office, as you will only find yourself more discouraged after doing so.

Mr. Burns really has went above and beyond for me. Even after my case was finish he helped with the early termination and with the reinstatement of my license across states. He's probably the best decision I made throughout this entire ordeal definitely recommend his services.

I’m writing this review for two reason. The first it to tell you to hire Mr. Burns as your DUI attorney. The second is tell anyone reading this review to HIRE AN ATTORNEY if heaven forbid you or a family member is charged with DUI. My son was arrested late last year for DUI on Pensacola Beach. My wife and I went through the pros and cons of hiring an attorney and decided that we would. Next we did a lot of research on which one we should go with. In reading many attorney’s website pages I noticed that quite a few had good reviews but not many reviews. I talked to a few of these at first but circled back to Mr. Burns because he had so many reviews. It was obvious that he had a lot of experience. We met with Mr. Burns shortly after and decided to have him represent our son. Through this process we found that Mr. Burns knows his business but on top of that, so does his staff. On our second meeting, we reviewed the dash cam and observation room video and found that we may indeed have a case for fighting the charge. Mr. Burns and his staff came up with a plan to submit a Motion to Suppress. The motion was submitted, we went to the hearing, and the case WAS DISMISSED. For parents reading this review, or anyone for that matter I can’t stress enough the importance of getting legal representation for a DUI charge. If we had not hired Mr. Burns, we would have gone through the court process, my son would have been convicted of DUI, and that would have stained his record forever. Mr. Burns and his staff is who you should choose to represent you. It may be one of the best decision you ever make. It certainly was for our family.

Mr. Burns cares a great deal about his clients. He assisted me throughout the entire process of my case. He is very knowledgeable and also very accessible. I would recommend him to anyone with confidence.
