don't have enough words to describe how amazing the experience with Mr. Richter was. Mr. Burns is a brilliant lawyer! I can see that, he works very hard to make sure you have winning results. You could not ask for better services. From the moment I answered my phone, until the time that I hung up from him, I was at ease that I had made the right decision.

Mr. Burns was there for our family when we needed help the most. I was facing a very serious situation (a felony charge), and with his knowledge and expertise, the situation was dismissed. Upon hiring Mr. Burns, he assured me that everything was going to be ok. He was diligent and vigilant in his representation of my case. When I had a preliminary hearing, he was able to have all of his motions acted upon. If I ever need representation in a legal matter again, I will make sure to contact Mr. Burns. I had a offense that I was extremely nervous about. The initial greetings and contact I was able to get on the first phone call, I felt so comfortable with leaving my things in his hand. His office staff is so pleasurable and gets things done! You can count on them to be there and the Attorney can legitimately get back to you within 24 hours. James burn is the best lawyer in Penscola!!! He won my case, my ex wife was trying to move out of state. He brought to my attention that since she was trying to move that she is responsible for lawyer fees and travel cost in the event she was able to move.

We retained James Burns for (what we thought was going to be) a simple ejectment case involving a family member. The person we were attempting to remove from the property caused so much chaos it became quite entangled with craziness, false charges, etc… Mr. Burns was very patient and compassionate, stayed focused during a longer than expected and complicated case, always kept us updated throughout the entire process and personally returned all messages and calls in a timely manner – I knew we were in good hands !!
